DESCRIPTION
AccuPOL DNA Polymerase exhibits both 5'→3' DNA polymerase activity and 3'→5' proofreading exonuclease activity enabling this polymerase to correct base pair mismatches. All AccuPOL kits include an extra tube of MgCl2 in 25 mM concentration if adjustment of PCR conditions is required.
AccuPOL DNA Polymerase also comes in an alternative Tween free version.
