Ampliqon DryTech TEMPase 5x master mixes combine lyophilization with Ampliqon high-quality TEMPase DNA Polymerase, dNTP and optimized ammonium buffer conditions. The DryTech TEMPase 5x master mixes exhibit the same technical features and high activity as their liquidised pendant, TEMPase Hot Start DNA Polymerase 2x master mixes.

DryTech TEMPase 5x master mixes are available in two formats:

• DryTech TEMPase 5x Master Mix Clear
• DryTech TEMPase 5x Master Mix Green

DryTech TEMPase master mixes can be shipped at ambient temperature for all parts of the world. Especially into areas where dry-ice transport is to costly or impossible. The lyophilized DryTech TEMPase 5x Master Mixes are highly stable and can be stored at room temperature for up to 1 year after the arrival at customer site.
