RT-PCR

Overview

Reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) combines the reverse transcription of RNA into the complementary DNA (cDNA) with subsequent PCR amplification in on reaction. The RT-PCR technology is used to detect and quantify the amount of the RNA of interest. Combined RT-PCR and qPCR are routinely used for analysis of gene expression and quantification of viral RNA in research and clinical settings.

RealQ Plus One-step RT-PCR Kit provides high sensitivity and can be used for detection of viral, low- copy RNA templates.

The RealQ Virus One-step RT-PCR Kit is produced in-house under ISO 9001:2015 conditions, ensuring that each batch possess the same robust performance every time.

For increased user flexibility ROX internal reference dye is included in the kit. This makes the kit compatible with all standard real-time PCR cyclers.
