Q-Extract DNA Extraction Solution is designed for rapid and efficient extraction of PCR-ready DNA from mammalian tissues, plant material, fish fins, saliva and bacteria.

The 2x master mixes included in the Q-Extract DNA Extraction PCR Kits are ready-to-use reaction solution to perform PCR. The red or blue dye, respectively and stabilizer within the master mix formulation enables the user to load amplified PCR samples directly to the DNA gel.
