DESCRIPTION

Low Range DNA Ladder is supplied in a loading buffer that is ready to use on agarose and SDS DNA gels. Low Range DNA Ladder is suitable with both TBE and TAE electrophoresis systems.

Ampliqons DNA ladders are available in other size ranges.

Low Range DNA Ladder: Molecular range from 100–1000 bp. 2 μl Low Range DNA Ladder was loaded on a 1 % agarose gel in 1x TAE and stained with ethidium bromide.
