DESCRIPTION

Taq DNA Polymerase Master Mix is a ready to use 2x reaction mix. Taq DNA Polymerase Master Mix is composed of Ampliqon Taq DNA Polymerase, the NH₄⁺buffer system, dNTPs and magnesium chloride.

Fewer handling steps lead to better reproducibility, which makes Taq DNA Polymerase Master Mix suitable for standard PCR applications, screening and high throughput testing.

COMPARISON BETWEEN TAQ DNA POLYMERASE 2x MASTER MIX AND A COMPETITOR

Ampliqon Taq DNA Polymerase 2x Master Mix was compared with a similar Taq DNA Polymerase 2x master mix from a well-recognized competitor. Three different DNA target varying in length PAH (203 bp), Q8 (727 bp) and CFTR (613 bp) were evaluated. Ampliqon Taq DNA Polymerase 2x Master Mix performed equally well or better in this study. Each Amplification has been conducted according to supplier's manual.
