DESCRIPTION

AMPLIFICATION OF A FIVE-PLEX AND A TEN-PLEX REACTION

Multiplex 2x Master Mix is composed of TEMPase Hot Start DNA Polymerase and a specialized buffer system designed for multiplex PCR. TEMPase Hot Start DNA Polymerase is well suited for multiplex PCR due to its high specificity. MgCl₂ is enclosed in the multiplex kit to enable optimization.

Five different templates of the CFTR gene (5-plex) and ten different templates of the DMD gene (10-plex) were amplified simultaneously in one tube, respectively. M: Marker.
